How is this different from Apollo, Clay, or a lead list?
A list vendor sells the same export to everyone. Keaz leads are curated, continuously re-scraped and carry live signals: running ads, product drops, audience growth. And access is capped per market, so you're not competing with everyone else on the same inboxes.
Why limited slots?
Because shared leads are dead leads. We cap customers per market and niche so segments don't get worked by ten senders at once. That's why access starts with a demo: we check whether your market still has room.
What counts as a "store contacted"?
One store receiving your full sequence (up to 3 steps), generated, personalized, and pushed to Instantly. Stores we can't qualify don't count against your quota.
Do I need my own Instantly account?
Yes. Sending, warm-up and deliverability run in your Instantly workspace. Connect via API key in two minutes and start the same day. Never used Instantly? We set it up together during onboarding. More sending platforms are on the roadmap.
Where does the data come from, and is this GDPR-conscious?
Public business signals: storefronts, ad libraries, social profiles, re-scraped continuously. We contact companies, not private individuals. Suppression and opt-outs are enforced before every send. Details live in our privacy documentation.
Will store owners feel spammed?
Every email is written for that store from its own signals: at least 90% personalization, under 90 words, no spam-trigger words. You approve every angle before it runs.
How much of my time does it need?
Setup takes about an hour: describe your business, build segments, approve sequences. After that: read replies, book calls.
